Nothing takes the taste out of peanut butter quite like unrequited love.

I must admit this is one of my favourite topics.
why? its sooooo broad and is invasive and evasive at the same time.
People spend their whole lives looking for it and feel they never find it and others never look and end up falling flat on their faces because they have tripped over it.
But I think it all depends on how you view it.
As it was said in 40 Year Old Virgin "Don't put pussy on a pedastool" and they are right. If we put love so high up that it is unreachable then why have it?

When people say "love is all around us" they are right and wrong at the same time.
they are right because we are alive because of love, its proven that without love things die and so without it we die so it must be there to keep up breathing.
But they are also wrong in the sense that not everything around us loves us, when you pass a stranger in the street you do not love them, brick walls do not love you and either do buildings.

But love is easier to come by then some people seem to think, your pet loves you completely and unconditionally.
Your family love you and so do your friends.

What people consider as passionate love is one that you have with a partner, but most mistake lust for love then wonder why it disappears.
Real love is being able to grow old with someone and not be able to see an end to the relationship, only a beginning and a middle and to not feel as though there is anything wrong with you when you are with them.

Another thing is that no one is too young or too old to love. 5 year olds can fall for someone, they often refer to them later on as their "Childhood Sweetheart", and theres no uch thing as too late. There are people out there who have reached retirement age and then found love.

It' all about paths crossing with the right people, chances can be slim but it happens every now and then.

One just needs to be patient.
